- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆AWFUL. My husband and I turned up at 1.30am and it was freezing cold. We were looking forward to warming up our room before going to bed only to find the heater (old fashioned loud air con/heater) would not heat up. We waited for at least 1/2 an hour and still not even warm. We gave up and went to bed only to find not enough blankets. The spare one in the cupboard was very thin. The electric blanket took too long to warm up. Also, there were only 2 coffee sachets, but lots of tea bags. The milk sachets were tiny.
